# Mining $SPACE: How?

In this how-to, you'll learn how to submit an MVC Improvement Proposal (MIP) to the MVCDAO. Familiarity with MVC, DAOs, this how-to makes no assumptions about your experience with governance protocols.

Starting from July, all expenditures will be consolidated into an all-in-one system, monitored by SINOHOPE, to enhance transparency across departments. The first report under new format is recorded in Aug 2024.
